Monarch is proud to have some of the most experienced event rental experts in the industry. Many of Monarch’s sales team members have anywhere from 5-20 years of experience in their specific trade. Their skills include floral concept/design, understanding product knowledge and characteristics, logistics and measurements as well as customer service and responsiveness. In addition, Monarch’s operations staff and event install crew also have a wide array of experience, making the install and set-up a hands free experience for customers. Monarch’s warehouse staff also prides themselves in understanding the importance of quality control and order accuracy. Our team leads are diligent in making sure their products are fresh, prepped, and correct for each event.
